I recently stopped by red tag center with the intentions to just browse their inventory. However I ended up having the best car shopping/buying experience I've had to date. Not once did I feel pressured by any of the employees. They made me feel so comfortable and let me browse at my leisure and assured me they were there if I had questions. They  were all very friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. The selection was also great and the prices were too. I would absolutely go back and definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bought a real nice 2011 Dodge Ram from these guys at Red Tag Center over the weekend. The application for financing was smooth, the employees were friendly and helpful, and I left with exactly what I wanted-- happily! I recommend to anyone in need of a quality used car

Horrible customer service! I live an hour away so I called before I left my house to verify that the truck I was interested in was available for a possible test drive. The employee told me it was in fact available so I drove an hour to get there, paying tolls along the way. When we arrived we were told the truck was in the shop until Monday and they did not have it on site. Had the employee told me that over the phone we would not have wasted a total of 2 hours driving time (there and back) or we would not have had to pay the $8 in tolls. Lazy employees who can't get off their butts to relay accurate information to prospective customers! Take your time and money elsewhere!

I recently moved to the area and wasn't familiar with the local dealerships. After searching the internet I decided to try Red Tag Center because of their overall positive reviews. I was in the market for a Ford F-150. The purchasing process was easy without any pressure, the employees were helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy like most places. And price was great!! I would recommend this place to everyone over and over again.

i had a great experience at red tag center. Amazing customer service. Everybody was really help full and I left as an happy costumer. I only can recommend this shop to everbody
