Very disappointed in the service, not the food. After placing my order, I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my food. I watched two people who placed their orders after I did get their food, so I went to ask how much longer it would be for me to get my food. One of the employees said she had been calling my number and I never picked it up, although I had been standing right in front of her. Also, if my order had been ready, which it wasn't, it would have been packed and ready to go, yet they were trying to figure out what I ordered. To make matters worse - they gave me the wrong order - which I didn't notice till I got to my destination. I called and spoke with someone who told me to go back and get the item I didn't receive. I don't plan on going back to that location. FYI- ghost pepper wings are not spicy at all! The rest of the food was good!

Ordered our food to go and the woman put the container upside down in one bag and then the other one right side up in the same bag going home. So you can imagine how delighted we were when we got home with our food and the red beans and rice was dumped upside down in the bag. In addition aside order we paid for was not included so not only did we ever pay for something we didn't get over half of the sides were dumped into the bag bye whoever was working the window or the back and packed everything up.

They were super slow in there. Not sure if the kid helping out the counter was new or what but he really didn't have a clue what he was doing. One of the employees was more concerned with sweeping and mopping the floor than helping customers. We went and ordered 2 4 piece meals and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. We took it to go and I live literally 5 minutes from this location. By the time I got my food home and out of the bag the chicken was cold and so were my Cajun fries. I was hungry so I still ate it and despite the chicken being cold it was good. The rest not so much

The smell when I walked in was less inviting Cajun kitchen, more musty cleaning supplies. That could have been from the buckets on the floor catching the drips from the ceiling. They were out of one of the sides I'd rrquested, but all the other things we got were good. Food way better than KFC. Sauces were yummy. Overall pretty decent, I'll be back, especially with the coupons they gave me on the tray.

Having been a lifelong Kentucky Fried Chicken eater Popeyes was something brand new for me. The Chicken is different but just as good. You can get your Chicken pieces hot and spicy too which is a plus for me. The sides are a bit different. Hands down Kentucky Fried has the best mashed potatoes and gravy. Popeyes cole slaw was different at first but is much more similar to Kentucky Frieds cole slaw now. I think the horseradish has been omitted and it is now a bit sweeter.
