I'm very annoyed with their unprofessional behavior. My girlfriend and I ordered three pizzas at approximately 3:45 p.m. with an expectation to pick it up by 5 p.m. two of the pizzas were gluten free and the third was a family-size regular. Upon arriving at 5 p.m. they had only completed the family-size pizza, but hadn't even started the gluten-free ones. After going in the back to get the crust to prepare the food. They returned to inform us that they were completely out of gluten free crust. I'm very annoyed that they didn't even take 5 minutes to go in the back and check or make note that they were out of gluten free crust. They had our phone number to call and contact us and let us know they were out. But they're gross negligence kept them from doing their jobs. I'm very annoyed with their lack of service and they will not be getting our service ever again. I think the manager/owners should have a long discussion with with the employees about professionalism in the industry. I myself have worked in the pizza industry and I know how important it is to follow through with your orders. All it would have taken is a five minute phone call to inform us they were out of gluten free crust and we would have cancelled the order all together and gone to a completely different establishment. My suggestion is never try to order online from them. And verbally call and confirm that they do have everything that you are expecting to get

Usually have great service. Not today. Ordered pizza for pickup window. 20 minutes they said. Waited, got there right on time. Waited 25 minutes in window line, with no movement. Finally pulled around and went in. They haven't even started my pizza. No worries. It's only my evening being wasted.

Clean, Good Smells, Polite service.

A pizza takes me about 30 minutes to put together after letting dough chill out for however long. Took them 14 minutes to put 3 pizzas together which is definitely in a tier that my grandmother can't put up with.

Oh and it was delicious.

I choose you pikachu.

P.S. a smidgen less BBQ sauce.

This particular Papa Murphy's has never done me wrong. Good crew, service and food. There's been an occasion or two where I do have to wait it a bit but that's how it is when a place gets busy.

Ordered and payed online, showed up a half hour later to pick up in drive thru as the website suggested.  Waited five minutes behind the car in front of me.  I asked if the car ordered from the window because of the wait and the guy said no.  I asked "Why do I have to wait when I ordered online a half an hour ago?" They guy said a lot of people ask that.  He asked my name and I waited another 5 mins.  Finally I pulled around front, went inside and asked for my money back.  The girl asked me what the problem was so I explained it to her.  She said, "Well we are really busy."  Why do they think people order ahead online?  So we don't have to wait in a busy line! May or may not go back.
