The food was really good.  Our server was very busy, but the others were able to cover for her.  We did have some problems with orders not being right and we would have to chase people down for refills.   All in all, not a bad place to eat.

Sad that they only offer ice cream as a birthday special. Since I'm allergic, I couldn't enjoy their birthday special. Food is decent and servers are pleasant though.

Ok let me just say this experience was amazing for a number of reasons. First of all the waiter Daisy came right away and took our seats. Melissa then came back a few mins. later and took our drinks. Pumpkin spice was flavorful and sweet. Omelet and stack of pancakes good and tasty plus the butter and 4 types of syrup. Overall 10/10 would recommend to people looking for a place to eat anytime especially breakfast. :D

Ate with family yesterday.  Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service continues to decline.  It was obvious that our food had sat longer that it should before being served because the plates were cooled off, as well as the food.  Our server needed better training; items were forgotten, or incorrect, plates were left on our table until we had to bus it ourselves, and requests had to be repeated, and there was very little interest in following up with our table.  At one point, we were told that the cook was in a bad mood and that's why things weren't going well with our orders.  Really?  A customer should not only never hear such a thing but also should never have to feel the repercussions of a cook with a bad attitude!   The positives?  They have new expanded menus.  Our pancakes​ were served  hot and tasted great!  And our omelettes were very nice, where they were still hot.    Our server got me some extra sliced avocado after the cook shorted me, and the server had to be reminded that I'd ordered it extra with my omelette.  IHop has been a favorite of ours, but we won't be returning to this one any time soon.  3-stars for the pancakes & coffee, and the sweet, soft-spoken young woman who was our server.

I received a very fast and kind meal this morning I will be definitely be coming back more often. Fast setting and amazing food 🙏👍
