Best pizza we've ever had. Great atmosphere, service with a smile, attentive and they serve filling portions. The stonework (rock) is a site to see. I recommend this to everyone. The pizza stays together too

This place is amazing and I highly recommend.  Pizza is great, the atmosphere is beautifully designed. Great music. And if Mac n cheese is your thing, it's to die for! The servers were quick and polite. Definitely will be back.

The Rock is wonderfully consistent with outstanding food. Know ahead of time you'll wait to get your food but it is well worth the wait. From pizza to pasta, burger to salads they do it right. My family does The Rock once a week knowing we will have a good time with their excellent wait staff and great food.

Service was poor. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Drink was never refilled. Boneless chicken  appetizer was tender at first but once they cooled a bit were very tough and hard to chew. Pasta does not consistently taste the same. I ordered the pasta to go on two occasions and they forgot the roll that goes with it.  This place 
isn't cheap to eat at and the service and quality needs some work.

UPDATE: Owner/manager asked for issues to be emailed to him/her which I did but no response. Maybe this is why this store is struggling in customer service.

Went directly to the bar to enjoy kid free area and order food.
Bar tender was occupied with four people at the bar and took a long wile to get over to ask what we wanted (we picked up menus as we walked in rite on the counter). He took our oder and we received our drinks with in a few minutes before our actual food (pizza and a burger)!
Pizza was good.
Then after all that, the five star point rewards no longer works here. What, your customer couldn't get a heads up before they terminated that system (lost a ton of points i could have used for a shirt and free burger).
Probably will not return....I am not a happy camper.
