Called 2 hours in advance for a take out meal for lunch. I said I'd be in at 7pm. Showed up on time, paid, and was told "your order is almost ready." Waited 15 minutes to receive my order, which was piping hot when I got back to work, which leaves me to believe it wasn't even cooked when I showed up. Peoples time is valuable and you need to teach your employees that. I had other things to do on my break other than pick up food, otherwise I would not have called 2 hours ahead of time. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is okay, but nothing to write home about. Side note on another thing I hate, even though this is a corporate issue and not this location alone, I cannot stand that the hold menu is ads instead of music. I do not need to be sold something when I'm already on the phone to buy something from your restaurant. Give me terrible elevator music instead please.

Service was amazing, always the best servers and waitresses. We came on Sunday afternoon after church. The environment is fun and lively, but you can still have a decent conversation on your date. Food was tasty - I had the Bacon Boss Burger. The 3B was uniquely tasty, however, found the patty a bit overcooked, and the flavor of the meat lost in the sauce on the burger itself.

Good service. Decent prices. For myself, there was way too much sauce on the boneless wings I ordered. Next time I'll ask if they can serve the sauce on the side. My friend ordered the street tacos and said they were delicious.

We like to come in during happy hour and split the giant nachos with a couple of drinks. It's great cause you get you junk food fix and don't pay much for food and good drinks. This is where I got hooked on lemon drops 😀

Get it as soon as they open or the beginning of happy hour! That's the best wings. Anything between, you might as well ask for the jerky.
