My last few visits have not been satisfactory. 
My worst visit is when I ordered, 2 shakes a combo meal (bacon cheese burger combo) and two sides of pretzels with cheese.
After waiting 20 minutes for that, the delivery lady was not friendly and handed me whatever I thought I had ordered. As I looked over the food in the bag, I noticed I got my combo meal,  but it only had cheese and ketchup on it. I was also missing a pretzel and I had been given the wrong shakes.

I had to push the red button again and explain that my order was as screwed up as it could possibly be. I was not charged for my my missing items but I had to wait another 15 minutes.  

If you get food at this sonic location, check that you've gotten the correct order before driving away.

Really good place. Happy hour is definitely a great bargain! Gave four stars because every once in a while, they all forget a flavor add in or something, but they are always super helpful with getting it fixed. Overall, very good.

Sonic never ceases to satisfy me. The prices are right, the food is delicious, and the ability to have a car hop bring it right to your car is very convenient. My only complaint would be the lack of garbage cans, there was only one near the entrance and far away from the car parking spot.

Went to sonic and ordered pretzel twists with cheese sauce. One order costs 1.99 and we ordered three. They brought us one cheese sauce for three orders so we requested two more and they informed us that company policy is one cheese sauce per three orders of pretzel twists even though each order cost 1.99 that we would need to pay an additional dollar for the two additional cheese sauces. Such a ridiculous thing for an employee to dig their heels in about but they did. So even though the orders remain the same price 1.99 each whether you order one or three it's fifty cents for each additional stupid cheese sauce after the first one. We wont be going back as this was an astoundingly stupid issue for the manager to argue with us.

For$11,00, burger, shake and tots, you should be able to get fry sauce included with your meal. Menu board said dipping sauce was free, they was going to charge me when I asked for some. Not happy
