I worked with a team of people at Subaru. They were all outstanding -- honest and informative. Margarita Martinez went out of her way to inspect the car for me and sent me photos. I was coming from another state so this was very important. Ted Astarita carefully explained the details of the car and spent a great deal of time with me showing me its special features. David Taylor added positively to the experience, making it convenient and fast for me on my second visit to complete the sale. Adam Arsenal carefully went over the financing. I live over two hours from this Subaru dealer. I have three Subaru dealers in my area, but I will come back here for my next Subaru.

I've been a customer of Premier Subaru for the past 17 years. I recommend this dealership very highly. Though Bob Alvine's business has grown in volume of cars and customers over the years, he has maintained his small-business values to ensure that his customers feel connected to the process and have a positive experience. I just purchased my third car from Premier Subaru. Ibrahim, Dave, and Rodney were exceptional! I will be servicing my car at the Premier Subaru Service Department, as I always have, because I know that they will keep my car running optimally.

After having the low tire pressure light on for a week, I brought the car in to make sure it wasn't a problem with the tires. They checked out the tires and all is good. They are a great team and the techs are all excellent.

Thought this place was great, they give you a binder about your sales person about their background and how they care for you and that you get the best for what you need and great customer service blah blah blah. I love and hour and a half away and I finally pick up my car this Monday... Wednesday, thank goodness I was already close to home when I notice my a/c go out then start smelling a burning smell. I get home lift the hood and the compressor is smoking leaking and splashing some oil. I call premiere and one lady tells me to come bring it in and they won't charge because I just got the car and that shouldn't of happened especially when they showed me that they "checked the car" before giving it to me and I had already few minor issues before this happened has the gas lift sign wasn't on the lever and this one column on the driver side was out a bit but whatever not that big of a deal but for this compressor to go out was annoying. So honestly I didn't want to drive all the way back there because of the semi long drive so I called again to ask if I could bring it to any subaru and the lady said she didn't want anyone else to charge me so I was like isn't it covered with the limited power training warranty and she wasn't 100%sure which I get but my husband and I tried to call and talk to someone else about the situation at premiere and nothing ever followed through it was always just oh yes we will have so and so give you a call and nothing. So whatever I bring it in Saturday they look at it an hour later with a diagnosis that yes it is the compressor and tell me it's a 1200 dollar job... a compressor is 500 about and so what 500 for labor... but the guy tells me but it will be free just give us 100 dollars.... I'm absolutely so annoyed but I don't even want to argue I just want my car a car that I've finally had and honestly I don't believe they check everything out before I got it so I really would like to thank them so much for squeezing more money out of me esp the gas money. I would also like to put I know CT car law and it says if you get a car worth 5000 of more the dealer is required to cover it for 60 days or 3000 miles whichever comes first. End rant because I never complain or ever write reviews and I hate complaining but this really pushed my buttons.

Brought my car in for simple headlight. They replaced tail light. My customer copy requested multi point inspection. After conferring with other customers they too had similar, which none of us requested. Tried to up sell other products. Advised all was fine. Left to find out they never replaced headlight and why brought it in first place..drove back for them to tell me could not access light. 1. Did not advise of this. 2 .no where on my copy. To let me leave w car in exact condition brought in. Terrible! No solution mgt/ customer satisfaction.
