Store was clean and organized, but it would've been really nice to be able to try on clothes before buying them. Hard enough to find someone to let them k ow you needed into the dressing rooms, but then nobody ever came to open them! Pretty disappointed.

Some employees and manager were extremely rude. The prices are marked more expensive than the brand new items at retailers. The manager said corporate sets prices and the will not be lowered. Do you think corporate sets the prices on used donated items in Prescott Valley or do you think the manager is a rude liar? I know what I think and she cost them donations and a customer. I will never go there again.

I love thrift stores, and I do love goodwill. However, for a thrift store there prices are absurd, I rarely can buy stuff unless it's on sale. The color tag sales are awful and you can never find a single tag of that color when it's that colors day. Ever. :( The worst part is the staff, mostly only the cashiers and occasionally the floor associates. I've asked questions, only the males are smiling and help, all the females in the store need to be retrained in customer service and learn to smile, they also need to be informed their eyerolls are indeed visible. Other than most female staff members I'll still shop in hopes one day they lower prices.

The employees were very friendly, one even tried to help my grand daughter find a bat girl costume. She was a big help.
