Loved that a new model 7 seat SUV was available for me to rent with enough space for everyone. Will rent from Budget again.

Functional car rental in hotel, convenient if you don't want to go to airport for car. Desk is just beyond gift shop. Comparison shop: rates are different from Avis's. Consider AARP and other discounts. Cheaper to reserve online.

My experience at this location was awful.   Made things very difficult from the start. I booked online and came in with my paperwork. They wouldnt allow me to use my debit card to hold the $100 charge because of the debit logo on my card and I didnt pass the credit check that I had no idea would be done. So my mom had to come in and put things in her name and use her card. Than they charged her a daily rate because she was adding me as another driver even though we are familiy members. She doesnt even need the vehicle, I do. Worst part of of it all when I went out to the vehicle it was on empty. The gas light was on. One of the workers told me to follow him to the gas station and than he left. So I paid for the gas. Something that should have already been taken care of when I picked up the vehicle. They will expect me to have gas in it when I drop it off so why wasnt gas in it when it was picked up? Never again! Horrible customer service.So much time wasted dealing with this today. My husband is military and we will have to rent another vehicle soon because we are PCSing and we wont be using Budget.

I always use this location when I need a car.  The staff is friendly and it is much less hassle than an airport.
