I needed to rent a car on a Sunday and while all the other companies were closed, Avis was open. The hotel location was very convenient and the staff were nice. I requested a van and they gave me a car that looked like an SUV (a Flex). At first I was disappointed because I really wanted a van. But then they let me exchange at another location. Once I did, I realized how much nicer the first car they gave me was!!!

Also the prices at Avis were so much lower than other competitors. I checked at company websites as well as travel sites and Avis was the best.

If you to rent a car go to Avis Budget, and remember this comment. Easy pick up and easy drop-off. Nice staff and the locations are very convenient. Thanks a lot Avis

Never go to this location if you intend to get their employees come to work on time. They are supposed to open at 0800 on saturday and the employees didn't show up until hours later...also the national office provided no help and assumed we should wait for their late employee. Horrible. Missed an important meeting because of budget.

The representative is adding 8 dollars per night over what is showing on the website just because you did not call to make a reservation 24 hours prior to picking the car. This policy is not shown on the Web.  Shady!!
