Just an okay park by normal standards. Concrete pads but the whole place is a little tight for a big rig. WiFi is okay. Biggest issue is the highway noise from I-10....only about 150 yds away.

Poor driveway, no cable, very close to a noisy highway. Has some concrete pull thru sites.

The office staff is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends very kid and pet friendly the grass and grounds were well kept!

The worse RV place in Louisiana. They don't grade the road. Their workers drink alcohol while swimming in the pool with kids. The laundry room is a joke. Over priced and the machines steal your money and don't dry cloths. They don't mow the grass. So just a bunch of greedy lazy people who are ripping off their customers and I've been here over a year. Nothing has changed. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. You would do yourself a favour by not coming here

Internet connection is SUUUUPER slow. The bathrooms connected to the main office really need more maintenance, as they regularly run out of toilet paper and the toilet seat in the women's bathroom is half affixed to the toilet. The shower in the same bathroom also needs to be fixed, the pressure is low, the cold knob is broken. Cold showers suck, yo.
