We found safe, affordable car in good working order for our college-age daughter. We worked with Lisa and Trent and appreciated their low key (versus high-pressure), friendly approach to selling us a car. Many of these cars that are under $4000 -- our budget limit -- are high mileage, older vehicles and show some wear; a broken radio or a visible scratch in the paint. That is to be expected. I appreciated that R & T fixed basic motor problems and, in our case, helped us get new tires on the car at a low price. Lastly, I would feel comfortable shopping here with or without my husband. I didn't feel talked-down-to at any point in the process of looking at the cars, even though I'm not a mechanical genius.

Customer service at its best! Our initial visit to R&T was on the Friday before Christmas. Upon arrival, we met Lisa and she was very pleasant and non-pushy. We left undecided and ultimately returned on Saturday, committed to our chosen vehicle. To our surprise, the establishment was CLOSED for the holiday! We were panicked as this vehicle was to be a gift for my sister’s son on Christmas Eve (the very next day). Luckily, I was able to connect with Lisa via the contact information that she had provided on her business card on the previous day. Lisa, who happened to be on a family vacation, took time out to contact to her brother, who in turn, met with us to open up the business an hour later -- solely for the purpose of selling us our truck. We were so relieved and could not be more grateful for this level of service! Unfortunately, our title was not ready at the time of purchase, but they BROUGHT it to us the day that it became available. It just does not get any better than that! To date, we have only driven the vehicle twice to transfer it…but so far the entire transaction has been a win for us. Thank you again, R&T for your superb service! I would definitely recommend you give them a try.

I love this place ! I got a 1999 Toyota Camry about a year ago and I love it. They were so nice and they did everything to help me. I even named my car Trent because ,the owner Mr.Trent, made such an great impression on me. 5 stars everyday all the time. I’ll never get a car anywhere else !!!

Very Helpful, my first time getting a used vehicle. Trent personally helped me with getting the best car for my money. I live down in Houston but even so Trent was willing to get into contact with my mechanic down here when the car started acting up, and even helped order the right parts and made sure my mechanic charged me a fair price for everything. Car has been working well ever since, and mechanic says it could last me another 4 years! As a freshman in college he really made this as stress free as possible for me and I greatly appreciated it. Would definitely come back for my next vehicle.

Being a college student, I badly needed a car and ended up landing at R&T. I talked a lot with Trent and Don to find the right fit and they were great at helping me get the car and working on a fair price. There were issues with the car that I asked to be fixed before I bought the car, and they handled it all for me, which was great. When I bought the car it seemed to be in good condition for a 14 year old car, and the test drives went well. However, on the day that I bought the car, it shut down on me. Turned it off for a minute, and it worked again. A few days later, the same thing happened. Ends up there is an issue with the catalytic converter and it needs to be replaced. Mechanic said it won't put me on the side of the road, but it will need to be addressed at some point. Now not even 2 months after having the car, there seems to be a computer issue, which it had from the start. This issue is with the PCM and the mechanic that looked at it said "The computer is basically eating itself. The more it runs these self-checks, the more it keeps degrading. It knows that something isn't right, but it can't fix it." This issue causes the car to be very rough when idled and has also caused it to stall/shut off on me. The mechanic also let me know that the longer I drive it with this problem, the greater the chance there is of it dying for good. So after having it for about 2 months, I'm now having to pay for this damaging repair that's costing me 25% of what I paid for the car. The warranty I purchased with the car won't cover it so every last dime is out of my pocket.
