Avoid this dealership at all cost!!! Their sales reps have zero knowledge about the vehicles they sell, and they put little to no effort into closing a deal. And to make matters worse, their finance department could not get you a good interest rate to save their own life. The best rate they could offer me was 18%... I went to my personal credit union and they offered me a way better deal at 6%. If that wasn’t bad enough, they have some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am perplexed as to how they are still in business. I would implore anyone looking for a vehicle to take your money to Crain- they know how to treat their customers. *Beware: If you do try to get financing from them, they will try to slap on “mandatory” gap coverage and warranties in order for them to help you get financed.

My car was on its last leg. I went in with a mind that I needed a new car but hated to buy one. Terry Brown made my buying experience so wonderful. He got me in the car I have only dreamed of. He did so and made me feel very comfortable even with my aversion to dealerships and he was very friendly. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I am so happy with my new vehicle.

At Superior Dodge in Conway, Jesse and Paul helped me on the front end finding the right truck for me. The finance guy In the back Kit really put in the work to get the overall price down to my budget. After going to Dealer after Dealer being told it was impossible, these guys didn't give up on me and really pulled through in the end. Highly recommended!! Go ask for Jesse or Paul and tell them Jacob Clark sent you. You won't be disappointed!

Great prices, Great experience. Will be back to buy again. Knowledgeable of the vehicles that they are selling, made sure we knew everything from the service intervals to how to connect our phones to the radio. Thanks Hunter!

The day that we came to this dealership we had been to a liquidation sale at another location and looking a different type of vehicle. It was a long disastrous, stressful morning and afternoon. We left mad and upset. We decided to drive through the lot and see what comparisons we saw compared to what they were trying to sell us. So glad that we didn't sign anything there! Shawn Hill greeted us on the parking lot and we saw this car that is my husband's dream car in a price range that we could afford. We told him up front about our day and that we weren't signing anything on Friday night. Wee test drove the car and he gave us the information on how much the payment would run and it was within our budget. We went back on Saturday and Shawn had us test drive again and we started the paperwork and it was kinda long wait for finance dept. due to 1 being absent but many apologies were given. Heck they let us take the car and go eat lunch and come back.. Our experience was great with the people that we worked with and we love the car! Thank you Shawn Hill and Superior Dodge in Conway!
