We thought we were getting a fair deal and a nice used car. Our salesman seemed nice and trustworthy enough... When we took the car home we realized there were things about the car that they didn’t disclose to us. Such as the gas tank didn’t open and we knew our salesman knew about because he filled up the tank twice when he was working with us. They had put the wrong user manual in our car. The wrong wipers were on the car. And we took the car one time through the wash and it came out with all these parts on the hood where the paint had washed away like they had just tried to patch it up quick. Seemed like they were just trying to sell it fast. When we called they acted like they wanted to help but when we took it in to them they kept us waiting for over an hour then didn’t help us at all. Very fake! I know I sound naive, but I really thought these guys were honest. Unfortunately they were just trying to get a quick, sloppy sale and didn’t want to disclose everything to us or make things right. We will not be buying from them again.

Had the best sales gal April, she did an awesome job and made the experience great on buying my new truck and made it simple. Took my car in three days ago. After no call back the first day i called to check on the vehicle and was told my represtative would call me back. After no call back i went up there and was told the guy was gone. My vehicle hadn't even been looked at after 2 days. Service manager Steven told me he would assign someone new to my vehicle and I would hear from them the next day. On my fifth call up there because I was transferred to Nissan somehow and Stevens mailbox was full and not accepting voicemails I was told Steven the service manager would be with me shortly. I am currently still on hold and the timer on my phone says 20 minutes now. Still have no idea what is wrong with my 2017 Impala and can't get anyone to give me any answers. I will never buy a Chevy again. If I ran my business the way they do I would be out of business.

Very happy to say that after a bad experience with the service department on Saturday, I received a call from the service manager and he is working to make things right. Nice to know that he cared about the problems and is going to make the improvements that are needed.

Purchased a 2016 Tahoe last year and told my salesman (Jon Thompson) I was also interested in a Silverado. We went back and forth for a year, and I was giving up! I popped up at the dealership out of the blue and he made a deal I had never seen before.. Worked very hard to make my deal happen. My wife and I wouldn't think of purchasing anywhere else again! Great people, and the most patient salesman I have ever met! Two years, two new cars, same salesman! Ask for Jon Thompson!
