Larry in the service department was excellent and professional. He kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle and how long it would be until finished. This was my first time visiting the service department. I will not hesitate to bring my Chrysler 300 back for regular maintenance and oil changes when needed. Entire staff was professional, spoke to me as they passed by me for whatever reason and smiled... I truly felt welcomed at your dealership while I waited. Great customer service guys and gals!!!! I went in for a full oil change. They came and asked me if I wanted a air filter. I asked what would the total of all the work cost. I was told $50. After the work was complete, I was told that I owed them $94. The person that quoted me the price meant $50 for the filter alone. I asked if they topped off all my fluids. They claimed they had, but the power steering and washer fluid hadn't been filled. Also, they didn't lock down the air filter. I spent an hour and 45 minutes waiting for the work to be done while 5 employees sat around listening to my radio.

Jim in the Service Dept is great. He has been friendly, abd extremely helpful at explaining what my prioritization should be with my repairs. My jeep both times got the repairs completed before the time I expected them. I will trust and return to this location with all my service Jeep needs.

We went in knowing close to what we wanted. We knew we wanted new. Sales person couldn't get us in a new one for what we wanted to pay he said. He then showed us a truck that was used and was not what we really wanted but we were unsure. To me the money wasn't adding up....this truck was cheaper than the new one but the payment didn't make sense. I kept asking them what the interest was and they wouldn't tell me. We left because it didn't seem right. I got hjome and figured the interest and it was at least 24%. So glad we left. Go with your gut feelings and beware this dealership.

Needed a key blank programmed and cut. The Service department told me it would just take a few minutes. An hour and forty-five minutes later I'm still sitting in the waiting area. Eventually got the key. The key works, which is what I needed, but they can better manage expectations with more accurate time estimations.
