Dispite their effort to renovate the bath room, the hotel room and building could use more tender loving care. IMHO the price we paid for this hotel Room is way over priced, it might Due to location. Yet I think management could improve their level of customer service experience for this price level. Room feels like a run down 1 bed room apartment. Horrendous!

It was fine other than the power in our room going out when i was drying my hair but they fixed it right away. Super friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel was good for Legoland. The price was very reasonable. The service was good. Had a couple of problems with the room. First off the room I reserved was not available. I was given a different room then the Microwave in the room did not work, the door lock to the room did not work properly either. On the first day, the door to my room was not locked. I had been gone all day and left all my electronic things in the room. Luckily nothing happened. Overall it was an okay place to be at just to sleep.

We checked in and went to our room and in the kitchenette the light switch cover plate was gone and the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and the sink drained extremely slow. The caulking is moldy and old. There are marks on most of the walls and door frames. There is paint on the floor in three different spots. I called the front desk to have these things fixed I have been waiting for over an hour and a half and still have entered seen Maintenance. Disappointing to say the least.

My husband and I stayed at Ramada for quite a long time and were absolutely delighted with everything. We enjoyed being 2 blks from the ocean and were most intrigued by our room. Staff hooked us up with a lovely 1-bedroom suite with full kitchen. They were all consistently spot on and went back and beyond for us. Can't praise them enough and highly recommend staying at Ramada Carlsbad.
