Isn't a full Hilton Grand Vacations property yet, so there are certain things that were just not up to what I expected with a Grand Vacations property. I'm not very choosy usually but was a little dismayed that I noticed other rooms getting cleaned each day, that's just one sample...was this place terrible? no but it could be so much better. (To his credit the manager did try to speak with us, we played voicemail tag) I'll leave a suggestion with the front desk offering a bike to guests would be amazing since there are trails near all over. Again the grounds were well maintained the staff cheerful but it's the little things (no pad or paper in the rooms) that would have bumped this up a couple of stars. Have to add the place is perfect for those with kids those with out beware you can here those kids bouncing a floor above you.

I was told when we made the reservation this was a Hilton Property so I used my club points big mistake. The rooms were outdated, nasty carpet and dirty. Call the desk and they moved us to what they said was a remodeled room. The shower had a hole in the ceiling where they may have moved the shower head and did not patch it. The carpet in the rooms are horrible and the furniture is disgusting. The room down from us had garbage and dirty linen left outside the room. I called the front desk and asked if that was common practice and their response was housekeeping must have forgotten it. Three hours later someone picked it up. This was one of my worst experiences staying at what was called a Resort.

Great hotel to stay at. Perfect for families. Has two pools one for adults and the other designed for children. They have plenty of activities to keep the little ones busy. Big rooms and friendly staff.

Stayed overnight for a visit to Legoland. Was sufficient parking at the hotel. Checked in early (12:30pm) and was told they would text me when the room was ready...they did not text (was given room keys and everything just not a room number). I went up to the front desk at 2:00pm to get my room assignment. Nice clean rooms plenty of space and a view of the flower fields. Best part of staying here is you can walk across the street (about a 6 minute walk) and through the Legoland parking lot (saving $25 in parking).

Easy drive up from San Diego. Easy to find as it sits on top of a hill. Park in front while you get checked in. You'll get your room and directions for parking. So far the service has been great.
