How can you tell when somebody is running scared....they start to bad mouth their competition! Is the new advertising an all time low even for these scoundrels? How about telling me why you are good and what you can do for me,not try to make your competition look bad...what a bunch of losers

I feel bad for the sales people here. I ordered a bed room set and a bunk bed. Paid in full in april. Told them it would be a while for scheduling delivery. They called once a week. I finally gave up and I said I'll take off work and you can just put it in the garage. They said we'll call the day before with your time. When I didn't get a call I called them. They had scheduled it for the following week. They said we'll refund the delivery cost. Ok well the next day they called and said they wouldn't do that and one piece was discontinued and without a delivery date they won't hold it. Remember this was paid in full almost 3 months before. So I take another day off and this time I do get a call the day before. I think this is for the delivery time but no its to tell me a few pieces of my set are damaged beyond repair and we'll have to set up another time in 2 to 3 weeks. And remember we can't set a date until they have this and they won't hold the other piece. At this point I say cancel it I'll go somewhere else. They say I'll get a check within 7 to 10 days. We'll two weeks later I call and am told we refunded your credit card. Yea 16 days after I cancelled they put the over 4000 back on my card. Why 16 days? Now I get to call my credit card company and request a check. And maybe 6 months after I paid for this I'll have my money back. So in short if you're thinking about going here do yourself a favor and go to a hardware store buy a big hammer and hit yourself with it. Trust me it will be less painful then dealing with this company.

Great customer service and fast delivery! Barbara was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location for their service and great pricing.
