The staff is amazing. We had arrived at the wrong Hampton Inn the night before our flight out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport, but they transferred our reservation for us with no hassle at all. The next morning, the shuttle got us to the airport in about 10 minutes. My wife forgot her purse on the shuttle (which contained her photo ID, so she wasn't able to get on the flight), but they made a special trip back to the airport without any passengers to return her purse to her. Without their kindness, we would not have made our flight! We are very happy with Hampton Inn.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We have a son that lives in Cleveland so we are here a few times a year. This is one of the best places we've stayed in Cleveland. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved all the light in the bathroom, the only thing that kept me from rating a 5 is the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Nice hotel, great staff and good amount of amenities. The shuttle is very convenient, they can pick you up from the airport if you just call them. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room had outlets all over. Several even had a USB plug, which was nice. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. The bathroom door slides and does not lock, so if you stay with others, you need to be comfortable with that. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Overall, a good stay.

We have a son that lives in Cleveland so we are here a few times a year. This is one of the best places we've stayed in Cleveland. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved all the light in the bathroom, the only thing that kept me from rating a 5 is the lack of water pressure in the shower.
