As for Footwear stores you get what you pay for. I got some Merrill's at Famous Footwear. However they seem like knockoff Merrell's. Almost like they were bootlegs of Merrell's. I can't quite put my finger on it but they seemed a little cheaper than the last pair I bought a few years ago. That doesn't necessarily reflect poorly on the establishment because they're just buying from vendors however they are most likely buying a lower end of the shoe Spectrum. But, I do really like the staff there, and you can get a pair of New Balance for like 50 bucks. The employees at this location are great they're always friendly they're always helpful even when they have new people they're super friendly. I would recommend shopping here for shoes.

These folks are always so helpful, even though today I went in for just some pads for some high heels... I do love coming here. They really seem to tend to all of your needs. I love the friendliness of the staff.

Quick exchange for different size. Had receipt in and out under 5 minutes. Very prompt.

Great! But expect to wait!

I like to get my shoes here cause they have a great selection but it is always a pretty long wait because they are either understand staffed or they just don't schedule well enough to get people checked out quick enough.  The floor sales manager keep interrupting me when I was trying to express my complaint about the wait the last time I was there.
