Just purchased a Diamond wrap and a Diamond band and both are beautiful and Maria was awesome not sure what I wanted when I walked into Reeds but left very happy.Maria took her time in showing us different pieces of jewelry and she wanted me to be sure I was happy with my choices.Felt no pressure or being pushed into buying something I didn’t like.We will be returning to Reeds Jewelers for future purchases and this is because of Maria she is and asset to Reeds and also they have beautiful jewelry to choose from and everyone was helpful and nice.Our new Jewelry store Reeds Jewelers.Thank you Maria I love my new pieces of jewelry. I absolutely love it here. I don't buy much jewelry,  but anytime I need something fixed or sized, they are my go-to. I needed my wedding band sized and it was a unique shape that no other store would touch. Not only do they resize it for me, but they took the effort to match the pattern of the band so well that you couldn't even tell. I had to get another ring sized recently, which was difficult because it is brass. They were able to stretch it for me the little bit that I needed to make it perfect. Again, they were willing to do this for me when no one else would. Other stores wouldn't even give it a chance even though I knew that there was a risk it could break. I was willing to try because if I couldn't size it I'd have to buy a new one anyway. At Reeds, they were very understanding and willing to work with me. The results both times for spectacular. I couldn't be happier and definitely won't go anywhere else. Shout out to Maria for helping me most recently! :-)

Maria is amazing!  She did a great job helping me design a replacement ring for my wife.  The resulting ring is amazing, and Maria couldn't have been better.  Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Reeds for all if your jewelry wishes. I have been working with both Tara and Tim on different purchases. There was a pair of diamond earrings that I wanted and the White Marsh store did not have them in stock. Tim got right on the phone and had them sent to the store within a week. Very satisfied customer here. All associates at the White Marsh location are extremely helpful with very pleasant demeanors.

My husband and I were referred to this Reeds location and specifically Tim, by our best friends. My fiancé went to Tim to purchase my engagement ring and he had an AMAZING experience. Tim was very patient and worked with his budget. My ring is gorgeous. Then we went to Tim to purchase our bands and again to Tim a year later to purchase my anniversary band. Each time Tim was so patient and worked with out budget and gave us the best quality without being pushy or trying to get us to purchase something we couldn't afford. I have recommended him and this jeweler to other friends.
