My wife and I went to Jared to get a replacement engagement ring.  The original one was lost.   We walk in and were met by Brady Singleton.  He was awesome.  I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me a ring or pressured, but rather he listened to us, our stories, and even shared his own.  Made us feel very comfortable.  With a few questions he was able to narrow down the ring we wanted and within the budget we had.  We will definitely be repeat customers for other jewelry needs!

Kristy was great from start to finish! I went in not knowing what I wanted in an engagement ring, but she walked me through all of my options and helped me make an informed decision. I ended up ordering from a catalogue but making custom changes that Kristy walked me through. She was not pushy and very pleasant, asking me if I wanted water or tea while she completed the transactions. Picking out an engagement ring should be a fun experience and Kristy made sure that it was!

My experience at Jarred’s in White Marsh was Awesome. I went to go pick up one ring I had taken for the six month inspection and the associate was so nice and offered to clean my engagement ring which is also from Jarred’s. He offered me something to drink and  let me know that I could come back whenever I wanted to get my rings cleaned.  Me being so clueless did not know this and I was so greatful for him telling me that, and  I will definitely be using that service instead of buying something and doing it myself. Thanks Jarred’s!!

Went in for our 6 month cleaning and also to get my wife’s ring resized. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also ended up walking out with an anniversary band, which was ready for pickup later night. Great service.

I went with my son to help him with selecting an engagement ring. Our experience was wonderful because our salesperson was Kristy Rodgers she is a treasure! Ms. Rodgers was very professional yet very personable. We will be going to her exclusively with all of our jewelry needs. I was especially impressed with her diamond expertise. When you visit ask for her you will not be disappointed.
