Love Reeds Jewelers in the Melbourne square mall.  The employees are so great. They know exactly what I'm looking for.  Melissa and Christina are the best!! Love when I come in and they show me all the new Pandora in stock. Will be a customer with Reeds in Melbourne for life.

I have been shopping at Reeds for six years now.  Everything my wife wears has come from Reeds.  She even purchased my wedding ring from here as well.  She is always getting great compliments on her jewelry and people asking her where it was purchased. Rahim has always provided exceptional customer service.  On the off chance, Rahim is not in the store the other employees working are just as friendly and knowledgeable.

We love Reeds Jewelers! The store manager, Francisco Ugarte, is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a good one. He worked with us to find the perfect diamond that was in our budget, and he even took things a step further by overnighting our order to get my ring to us in time for Valentine's Day. The ring is perfect & EXACTLY what I wanted. He found two lifetime customers in my fiancé & me. With the amazing service & the lifetime guarantee Reeds offers, we will never shop anywhere else for jewelry. Also BJ is great! He is super friendly and helpful.Thank you for an amazing experience!

If you're looking for Alex & Ani in Melbourne FL, Reeds Jewelers in the mall is the place to visit. They have a good selection to choose from, but you need to also ask about items not on display.  Christina Lester, Sales Professional, was very helpful.

I was visiting the Melbourne, FL area from Miami and i decided to check out Reeds jewelers for a potential engagement ring. The environment and attention to detail with all my concerns were not only met but exceeded. Peter C. was an excellent sales associate and was even able to create the ring in the exact specifications I had requested. He even went above and beyond delivered to me in Miami. Outstanding customer service and quality jewelry. Peter made my experience with him and Reeds unforgettable.  Would definitely recommend!
