Reflections of West Creek is a pleasant, clean and well-maintained apartment community in the heart of Short Pump.  It shows well, although newer communities may show better. It's pricing is among the best in the area. Amenities (pool, billiards, gym, clubhouse, conference room, video rental, etc.) are commensurate with this price point.  The office staff is pleasant and follows through with my requests.  At leasing I did ask about some recent negative reviews and was impressed with their explanation.  They remembered the incidences and took ownership of the lapses that had occurred. Thus far I only have good things to say about it.  Come check it out.

We've lived at other properties under Breeden and never had issues till we moved to Reflections.  A month in, things were good then we had our first maintenance request.  First they tried to talk us out of the request then it took them almost a week to come out.  They never answer the phone directly.  There could be 4 people working in the office and not one will answer the phone.  I've been in the office waiting and witnessed this happen.  There is normally more "running things by someone" than action.   Then things started to fall apart in the apartment.  Cracks in the ceiling, covering for cabinets, then the seam in the carpet started to show.   We also complained multiple times about our upstairs neighbors but they just continued to be noisy.  Also, make sure you visit the office during the week.  If they post weekend hours, they are lying.   I am currently sitting in the office waiting to give my notice to get out.   I've been asked to come back twice and I also tried to just leave written notice but it was refuses.  Not sure why I need to have an appointment to give notice.  Then the lady that is here by herself today decided to leave us in the office to go show another apartment.   I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone staying here unless you have no other place to live.  There are plenty of places that are cheaper, with better staff and service.  My last comment is about the maintenance staff.  When they work, they're great but 2 months all of them but one quit.  That Dame month, the one dumpster on the property was all of a sudden full.  This began to happen every two weeks until they were fully staffed again.  Weird?!  Don't move here...you will regret it.

I lived in renewed apartment. Outside area and apartment size is good. But, management is not good. Once they know my lease break due to business movement, they started grabbing money by showing false item in home and charged ~$300.
I even asked like, do we need to take video of entire home and show this is how while you entering home!! Because we pretend to think it is normal color. Obviously stains or other things, we noticed. But normal floor color and all, can't imagine it is really bad or not. But they will charge you.

I have lived at the Reflections of West Creek for 3 years and am now closing on my new home.  I was not a fan of apartment living when I moved in but my experience has been great.  The apartments are very spacious and functional.  I had a hard time finding something that would fit all my furniture but the rooms space is very nice. The maintenance and management do a great job keeping up the appearance of the property and the landscape is beautiful.  I am sad to go but super excited about my new home.

The apts are lovely and spacious. The view is outstanding and it appears that no expense was spared in landscaping, and it shows. Could not be more pleased!
