Not sure what kind of company thinks it is okay to cold call you at 11:00 pm!  I had called them earlier in the day because I needed my main line snaked out.  A very straight forward procedure.  The woman on phone told me that she refused to give me a price quote over the phone.  I politely told her that I would not do business with them if they wouldn't tell me over the phone how much it would cost to send someone out and run a snake through my main line.

I called four other places, and all four of them gave me a price quote without any hesitation.  I had one of them come and take care of my line.  They were here within an hour, and I went on with my life.  

Then at 11:00 pm, after I am asleep my phone rang, and the same woman asked me if I still needed their help!

Are you kidding me!  Woke me up, after I had already told her I would not do business with a company that refuses to quote a price up front!

What kind of insane, and entitled people work at this business?

Since the first time we had plumbing issues, Randall Young has been our technician. I feel that he does a very good job with whatever project he is doing.

He explains things in a way that I can understand and the suggestions for repairs that he gives I feel are fair. 

The times when we have needed big projects done and it would cost more money than I had hoped, he explains why certain updates need to be made. Such as when we had to get a new water heater and since our previous water heater was put in many years ago and we have an old house, he help me and my husband understand the necessity of various updates to bring it to code. 

And today when he flushed our water heater, I was able to ask him various plumbing questions and he answered them very clearly without making me feel dumb for not knowing technical terms and without adding pressure to me to buy more services. However, he still offered the service in a friendly, no pressure way.

He's the kind of technician that will keep me coming back to Rescue Rooter and asking for him. Thank you, Randall.

Tony from Rescue Rooter just finished unclogging two drains at our home. He was so professional in his explanation of what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and quickly and got the job done. If needed we will definitely call Tony again.  Thanks Tony for a job well done.

Rescue Rooter SLC is awesome! I had a major water sewer backup problem yesterday (living in a house built in the 40's). After the disaster clean up last night, I called Rescue Rooter this morning (Sat) and the technician Mike J showed up within an hour. Scoped the sewer and decided to have his supervisor Don D to take a look. It was pretty nasty down there, a lot of "cereal" and roots. They provided two different options and worked with me every way they can to keep my cost down. Very trustworthy and responsive. They are honest upfront and explained all the possibilities to make sure I am comfortable with whatever decision I made. Highly recommend. I will do an update once the work is done.

Be careful with their pricing.  For example, their quote for a leaking garbage disposal replacement was almost 500 dollars.  They are roughly $100 at home depot and the estimated price I received for installation is another $140.   Nothing else they estimated seemed any different and probably similarly  overpriced.   Take the time to research before you go full speed ahead with these guys.
