I booked/paid for this hotel online, called right after receiving the confirmation email to ensure that the room I just paid for, that my parents would have no problem getting right into their room. I was assured that there would be no problems and everything is set. 

When my parents arrived(retired-fixed income), they informed me that the hotel was charging them the full rate.  I called to the front desk and they claim they mis-understood. WELL THEN WHY DID I PAY FOR THE ROOM WITH MY CC AND MY BILLING INFO??!!

I will not be using this hotel again, I urge anyone needing a place to stay in the area to find another establishment. They do not know what they are doing and created alot of stress for me.

The rooms are very spacious with a separate office area and couch.  The TV is on a swinging rack for adjustment. The bathroom is updates with a modern look. This hotel looks brand new. Internet is free but speed limited. Free breakfast with waffles, eggs, juice, etc.

This place is new,  very clean, very nice,  and well located. There are plenty of grocery stores,  eating establishments,  and other shopping and entertainment nearby, plus a free shuttle for anything within a 5 mile radius.  We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while our kitchen floor was being refinished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool in spite of freezing temperatures. We were able to get myself and my husband, our 2 teenagers,  and our 2 younger children in one room that had 2 queen beds and a trundle. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, if needed!

Very nice place to stay.  I would highly recommend it.  Very clean, firm bed, great breadfast, very friendly personnel at the front desk and in the kitchen.

Outdoor POOL in Winter is AWESOME!  So Warm! Also loved outdoor hot tub. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious.  We WILL absolutely stay here again
