Had a sick pellet stove that we purchased 17 yrs ago. and attempet to fix it over the phone as has been the case in the past . Soon realized it was past me so I brought it to your store  at Waldron  and it took your service tec. about 10 min. to figure it out. I wanted a new one with all the bells and whistles but may have to put up with this one for another 17 years. Thanks to you and your service dept. Good people to deal with knowing you want to help get it going as bad as I do.        Thanks    Lester Waldron       Greenwood
