I went to several places in the mall to explore all of my options for an engagement ring. Not only did Riddles have better prices, but also had significantly better service. Kevin showed me a number of different rings and explained the logistics for different styles that I might want. He made me feel like I had all the time in the world to look and ask questions. I could tell he had been doing this a long time. After being helped by him all of the other stores seemed dissatisfying compared to the service he gave. It was an easy decision

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly.  I shopped many stores looking for the perfect promise ring before finding Riddle's.  I will be back when it's time for the engagement and wedding rings. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a friendly and helpful experience and doesn't want to be pushed around by the staff.

Amazing experience so kind all the staff. Especially one of the ladies there I can't remember her name but she helped me look around and than again helped my boyfriend. So sweet!

Beware if you pay cash and need to return the item they will not give cash back. It has to be a check mailed in 5-7 business days. Which isn't pointed out when making the purchase and isn't on the web page.
