Steve really knows his stuff and he takes outstanding care of his customers. I have a touring bike that I use for commuting, touring, everything, and he completely understands what we need. I just recently took it in for a chain and cassette as it has 11,000 miles and I've been slacking on maintenance. Steve also found that it really needed some other work after all those miles and he took great care of me (wheels and cable overhaul, etc). He understands your budget and it really felt like a brand new bike after he was done. He cleaned it and made it look showroom new too. Truly a great business and a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything quickly and I must emphasize that I felt the price was more than fair. You won't be disappointed with Ride Greeley!

Great service! RiDE listened to what I needed, unlike some other shops (who fail to even call me back after going in and asking about upgrades). RiDE added the new Deore 3x10 crankset (m6000) with an XT bb to my Cannondale. It works well with my old Deore 3x9 cassette and derail in the back (I might upgrade those later). The new m6000 has the 22,30,40 setup which is great for my 27.5. I replaced a 3x9 Octalink Alivio crankset.

I watched the owner and his crew member make fun of a kid that needed help, glad i took the time to talk to him .. AMAZING WHAT YOU CAN LEARN WATCHING FROM YOUR CAR!!

One of the worst customer service experiances I have ever had . Do not recommend to anyone . Over priced and not willing to work . If I could give half star I would . I will never go back .
