I stopped by late on Friday to get a wheel replaced. I was in no hurry, but Brian offered to fix it for me on the spot nonetheless. The price was also extremely reasonable: Ubike's cost for the wheel + labor to replace the wheel was less than it would for me to get my own wheel and buy the necessary tools (not to mention the time it'd take a knucklehead such as myself to do said repair.) Fantastic experience.

I have been coming to University Cycles for 20 + years for a reason the service is always great. We recently purchased a new road bike for my wife and they made our time fun and the purchase was simple. University has a great selection that consistently meets all our needs. The service is above all others in Boulder!

We have rented bikes here a couple times and the staff is so great! They get you outfitted in no time and make sure you feel comfortable with you bike. We have used the bike trailer also for our 2 year old and it was very easy to use and he seemed very comfortable.  We will come back again for bikes!

Just purchased my 2018 specialized Stump Jumper from here. See Mia, she knows all the information needed and I purchased my bike because of her knowledge and enthusiasm she has towards mountain biking. It inspired me to follow through and get on two wheels here in boulder. You won’t be swayed wrong by the service and staff at this location

University Bicycles is a great full service bike shop and store. Always top-notch service and they stand behind their products. They don't do commission and seem to really try to set you up with what you need and not what's the most expensive. Highly reccommended.
