River Bend RV park was great! We were coming in late and they gave us an easy-in spot which we are grateful as we had a big rig and appreciated the service. Utilities electric and water were good and had no problems at all! We were just passing through and it was great for that. Looks like they are some really great sites by the San Marcos River. This place seems to be a hidden gem. Only negative was a low hanging tree in the outer circle and we hope no damage to roof from that.

Cross country cyclist riding solo using primitive camping site (tent). Staff is friendly, owner has a great many stories, bathroom and showers are well maintained and clean, water is hot, the community is safe, the area is quite and peaceful, and prices are fair.

Long, level, and clean gravel sites with full hook-ups. Friendly staff, nice property where you see goats, horses and a little walk takes you to the river. Far enough off the highway so not much for noise and they take Passport America!

Beautiful well maintained park. Very peaceful. Love being able to float right to your camp and play in the water. Staff are AMAZING! Definitely will be back!

The hospitality was awesome here. Everybody was just so nice. We had a problem with our A/C not working, so we just mentioned it to the manager and she was so gracious and put us under some trees and right on the river! Was upgraded to a beautiful view! NO CHARGE! We will MOST DEFFINATLY come back. I think we found our spot!
