We've really enjoyed our stay here the past few months. Have been to 3 other parks in the area and Pecan Park has been the best. The huge trees give us shade all day. Takes only a minute to get to the river and the view is beautiful. They offer weekly potlucks and movie nights in the activity room to make it feel like a community. Had a minor problem with our electric when we moved in but management was very quick to fix the issue and even reimbursed us for lost groceries! Really appreciate the guys raking the leaves from my yard during the fall too!

Nice and quiet, spaces are gravel (flat but not so level) with cement pad and picnic table next to it. Some are spacious, some tight. We got a place on the bluff up from the river, great view. Flooded a couple times last year, hard to believe looking way down at the river. Outside of but close to San Marcos. Nice place.

We're checking out a day early because the same guy has been driving thru everyday and night blaring his music and he has the bass turned all the way up. He might even work here (or be related to the owners). The first day we were here, he was parked beside the bath house with all his doors opened and the bass up for at least an hour. He seems shady.  He ruined the peaceful getaway we were hoping for. We can hear him clear across the park. I don't see how we're the only ones having an issue with this guy. If we're not, then they're not going a good job taking control of the situation. It's unfortunate because this seems like such a nice park.

This is a Awesome place to stay! ! It has everything you could need to make your stay very comfortable.  Clean hot/cold shower and restrooms, washer/dryers,  beautiful covered pool and jacuzzi!  Right off the river, a lot of shade trees.... This is a 5 Star RV Resort that I have already recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so.... Thank you Pecan Riverside RV park,  we had the best time ever staying here, can't wait to get back :-D
