Having our first trailer go through there camp ready inspection so far amazing they are so personable it's amazing every where else I called was not very helpful. Helen and Randy were so friendly and willing to answer all my questions I will update this after maintenance is done because people like us first timers need to know where they can go for wonderful service.

#2. So I said after the work was done I would update my review and let me tell you everyone at Quest RV was wonderful. So much so that we have decided to have them fix the roof on our trailer as well. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and honesty.

Helen and Randy immediately returned our email when one of our units on the road had a small accident, and may have needed assistance while passing through their area, 2000 miles away......2 days into a 30 day trip.....  They were able to source parts and have a tech on standby during off-hours, in no time.  Our customers ended up not needing the repair, but they acted quickly to setup just in time logistics for a potential service need.   

This is a great show for someone else, and I am sure the same level of service is passed on to each of their customers.

Easy cheesy peezy! We are definitely city folks but Helen made it so easy and made us feel so comfortable ! We were only going to take a 3 day trip but we ended up taking a 5 day trip! It was so much fun and we miss Minnie Winnie already, best RV experience. We traveled with our 10month old baby and it was a blast! Thanks so much for the memories !!

My wife and I rented a class C RV from Quest RV this past September. We were celebrating a very special occasion and spontaneously went into the location to book the RV for next day. We sat down with Sandy (who was amazing) and got everything ready quickly. I received an e-mail later that day to inform us that the RV would be ready two hours earlier than what they told us, which was great because we were ready to enjoy our little spontaneous vacation. The day we went to pick it up, we also met Helen which greeted us with all smiles. Although I've driven vehicles a lot larger (MTVR), this was my first time driving an RV. We had a very thorough walk around with a gentleman that explained everything there was to know. The staff there were so friendly and made us feel like family. Sandy even came into the RV right before we were about to leave to give us a little present from the Quest RV team. Such an awesome time and such an awesome group of people! It was such a short notice trip and they made it happen for us. This is now our go to place and they have made lifetime customers! We plan on coming back in December, see you guys then =) !!!

Easy hassle free rental experience.  Helen and her team were wonderful explaining everything, made us absolutely comfortable before getting the 30ft RV on the road for our first RV road trip.  Looking forward to do this again with Quest RV and definitely recommend Quest RV to any one planning  to do a "True Road trip".
