The staff are helpful and friendly. I bought a bike lock here after researching price and finding out the lock was the same as online with Amazon. I wanted to order and back rack with a basket for my bike. They were helpful and willing to scroll through lots of online photos to help me find one I liked.

I routinely come in here when my bike needs repair. Great place and people, especially when in a clutch time. Also, for Pokémon Go players, this place is a Pokéstop.

These guys are awesome. Was having pain in my left arm while riding so went to Roll: in Bexley to get their opinion. Aaron spent close to an hour with me working on getting my bike fit just right and diagnosing the problem. He took the time to explain riding mechanics and how different adjustments on the bike affect your upper and lower body. Rather than trying to sell me a new bike altogether, he gave me some tips on how to ride better, exercises to do and suggested potentially getting a new handlebar set (he correctly figured out that my elbow problem was from reaching too far on the hoods). Rather than trying to get me to overspend on something I didn't need, he ended up getting me a deal on a compact handlebar set (
