Awesome staff! Great products. I learn something new every time I come in. If you have a high end bike I recommend this service department over any other shop the state. Amazing people here. All my friends have Trek bikes now and love them!

I have been going to this store for 4 years. Every experience is better than the prior - which I would not think is even possible. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond interested in resolving even my most minor biking issues. The manager of this store is to be commended for his hiring and the staff for its service. I always enjoy my visit because I know I am not leaving with any problems or concerns.

Bought our second bike from Trek Columbus. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and we got a great deal. Our daughter was properly fitted and we were not pressured into buying more than what we came for. I would highly recommend purchasing a bike from Trek Columbus.

Hands-down the best service department in the city, especially for high-end bikes. I won't take my Madone anywhere else. These guys really know their stuff and are friendly and easy to work with. Matt and Paul pay attention to even the small details that many mechanics overlook. They know their stuff and can talk at length about the nuances of cable routing, tire materials, spoken tension, etc. But you don't need to know any of it. You can just hand over your bike to them and know it's going to come back completely dialed in.
