You need to be careful of their supposed guarantee, 8 months ago we purchased an entire bedroom set (bed and dressers) including a very expensive leather couch and love seat. Now the leather is peeling on the seats and discoloring, they sent the tech out and through all of his wisdom decided we spilled something in all these different areas (did not happen) and said it was our fault and they wouldn't stand behind the guarantee. When you pay thousands of dollars for items and you're treated like dirt it's very disheartening to say the least. We will never step foot in this store again and hope with all the negative reviews they're receiving it hurts them enough to stop being so cruel to consumers. They could have at least offered us a replacement seat for a reduced price but they didn't even offer that. It's a shame companies get away with this. Shame on you. Stay away from this store.

Lauren Peck did an outstanding job. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy. She provided us with the information we asked for and let us make up our minds, without pressure.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an entertainment center with a matching dining room table and a couch. I strongly regret it. I am now on my fourth delivery because they keep delivering furniture that is damaged and in terrible condition. The customer service is terrible and they are never helpful. I have spoken to several different people and it has been almost two months and I still can't receive furniture that isn't severely damaged. I spoke to a woman in the corporate office who lied to me and told me a fake name. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone that works for this company is horrible and will not help you in anyway. Don't ever buy anything from them please.

I called this store looking for a chair for my elderly Mom. Cynthia was very helpful in determining what would fit our needs and our budget. By the time we arrived she had lined up several chairs for us to look at and before long we made our decision and delivery was arranged. This store and Cynthia made our day end a great deal better than we could have hoped.
