Great scratch and dent deals. They have couches, dining room, bedroom and kitchen furniture. They deliver quickly. Make sure you inspect the furniture because most is damaged. I got a couch and hall table that I love. Great prices.

I moved from Pennsylvania, and we left all stuff back in PA, so me and my wife went to room to go outlet with not idea what we want, but we are so lucky we meet shante and she was so helpful and patient with us, and help us to choose what we want. Thanks shante

So I walk into Rooms to go...No one greets me, okay thats fine, other furniture stores do it. Walks around for 10mins no one offers assistance. So I walk up to the front no one there. I walk out and taking my money else where, where customers are a priority. First time at Rooms to go and also my last. I guess since they are closing in a couple of weeks they just dont care, shows what their company is about.

Buyer beware! We had a pleasant experience purchasing a leather sectional sofa inside the store, the salesman and staff were nice. When asked why the sofa was in the outlet we were told it had a few minor scratches and was a 4 piece sectional instead of 5, which fit our space better. One of the cushions had a dip in it the salesperson said it was the most popular section to sit in. Less than 4 months later, one of the reclining mechanisms broke and the dip in the recliner seemed to be getting worse and worse. I called the outlet to ask if they had someone to service the recliner and was told " all sales are final" I was not trying to return the couch, just wanted help fixing a basically new recliner. I was told that there was no help and it was repeated that all sales are final. Upon further inspection it turns out that the "dip" in the cushion was actually a broken support which was not disclosed to us when we purchased the couch. I feel deceived, had I known the couch was broken, I would not have spent $900 on it which incidentally was not a huge discount. The couch was only discounted the cost of the missing 5th piece. Beware when purchasing from this place, carefully inspect anything you purchase as problems may not be fully disclosed to you and you will be on your own for any service or repairs.
