Rooms to Go Jacksonville FL Route 1 Phillips Highway. Terrible customer service. They do not answer the telephone when there is an issue. They also do not return phone calls when caller is prompted to leave a call back number. Calling the store is not a help either since they work very hard to route the call back to the unresponsive customer service line. I will be going to the store to make my complaint whether other customers are there or not. Would rate with no stars but I can't post my review that way.

We bought 2 mattresses and the sale went fine. But the delivery debacle was a horrible experience. We had a delivery schedule that was changed twice at the last minute. This included the day of when they tried to deliver the mattresses 7-11 hrs off the schedule while we were not home. When we called they unapologetic & stated they would have to change the delivery to another day of their choice. I will never shop at Rooms-to-Go again just from this experience that caused us to cancel appointments and deal with such poor customer service.

They are all a bunch of liars. I was told that I could exchange my new mattress in a 100 days period if it doesn't work for me. Now they are telling me that they doesn't have an exchange policy but they can do me a "favor" and exchange the mattress for a fee. Are you kidding??? I paid $2300+ for a full bedroom set and still you want more money? I think I was a stupid because after reading the awful reviews I still ended up buying their lies and their furniture. It looks like a joke, the more I think of it, the less I believe a business like that treats the customers in such an unprofessional way. I end up with an uncomfortable mattress, but I'll take my business elsewhere and I hope this review helps someone else. Please, be aware that they will lie to you to make you buy their stuff.

Great experience with well knowledgeable with all products I found myself interested in. Will definitly be shopping there again.

Great sets of furniture at a good price and great financing deals. They also keep the selection up to date, like the kids bedroom themes. Star Wars, Disney Frozen, etc.
