I shopped Kane’s for my furniture. My sales person was Diana Knaus. She was professional and very knowledgeable about her furniture. She was delightful to work with. The delivery came on time and the furniture was well packed and I had no problems. I love my new furniture. The delivery men were very neat and nice. I would buy from Diana again and Kane’s.

Could not be happier. The salesman kept his distance, and honestly it made me so comfortable. He answered all my questions very professionally. My set I bought was perfect, and the delivery crew was also extremely professional and the customer service team even called to ask how happy I was. Amazing business practices. Love everything about this company.

My wife and I have shopped Kane's for many years and while it's been hit-or-miss with some of the salespeople, we've recently had GREAT SERVICE with Sarah Caselnova. She greeted us inside, but not like a shark going in for the kill. She was helpful without being pushy, she gave us good ideas without trying to choke an up-sell down our throats. All salespeople everywhere should be more like her! Any future purchases we make at Kane's will DEFINITELY be with Sarah!

I have very fair and enjoyable time with salesman: Don Johnson. Even received a thank you inTHE MAIL! And we really like the furniture and lighting we got there. Very reasonable. And classy. Wish I could get bedspread from them. Merry Christmas!

So shame on me for trying to believe a store isn’t the issue. I purchased a leather sectional in fall of 2014. Within a year it started having issues and shortly after contacting the store received a class action lawsuit pertaining to the issues we were having. I waited and waited for the lawsuit to come about and I ended up not receiving anything from it. Nothing was done for the repairs due to the store telling me that the lawsuit would rectify my issues (lies). Nothing ever happened and we lived with the small tears all over the seat and eventually spreading to the headrest is when I personally just couldn’t take it anymore. Fast forward to fall of 2018, my wife and I see something at Kane’s (the store itself is great, staff helpful, and friendly) we’re interested in. The entire floor model set up we wanted to purchase with the exception of an ottoman not shown. I personally ask 3 times that an ottoman exist. Finally confirmed it did and was on back order compared to the rest of my living room furniture. So I opted to wait until the entire order could be filled vs being short the ottoman. Of course I have this huge sectional and other living room furniture I donated to a new family to help them out 2 days prior to receiving my order. Delivery day comes the guys were nice and clean setting everything up as we asked. Then when they say “we’re done” I ask “where’s the ottoman?” “Sir you’d have to call the store we don’t have any information on it”. This is lie number 1 for this order. So my wife calls and gets the run around for two weeks. It’s in, its back ordered, and etc. Unfortunately I’m less of a pushover than my wife, I called tonight. A nice lady answers the phone looks up my order and tells me “your ottoman came in and it doesn’t match the material as the rest of your furniture” I ask “ok well when will I have it” her response “I don’t know” me”you don’t know as in a week, a month, or it’s never going to happen” her “sir I’m not sure I’d have to get a manager” me “please do so”. Said manager gets on the phone name Brian. I said “I worked with a salesperson and manager which both guaranteed my order in full. Lie number two. If I can’t get the ottoman I do not want the furniture as it’s not what was agreed upon” Mr Brian kindly tells me “we can re stock it minus a 20% restocking fee and less your delivery charge” at this point I’m literally floored! I said “you didn’t wait to run my credit card but yet can’t fulfill your end of the deal and yet I still pay for your mistake?” Brian kindly tells me sir that “you excepted it once signed for at the delivery”. Brian states upper Management can review and ultimately make a decision. Can’t talk to anyone or do anything else. This contact process is all done via email which I ask for a copy of which I’m not allowed to see. So no once can answer me when I get said ottoman that I’ve paid for. To expedite my process I now have to go into the store and ask for a floor manager to then be redirected to upper management and try to sort it from there. Who knows what will happen aside from me being shorted again by Kane’s Furniture. The point of this review is do not buy here. I’ve purchased at Rooms 2 Go, Blockers, and even IKEA and have received better quality furniture, better service, and ultimately what I’ve asked for. I will update once management who can make a decision gets involved. But again save yourself the frustration and money wasted and go somewhere, hell anywhere else!
