My husband and I were looking for a new Dinning room set. We went to this Hudson’s store after hearing many good things about their staff and quality of furniture. Top quality furniture is very important when you are making a big purchase that you plan on living with for years. When we entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly man named David. He was very helpful and informative. I explained what look I was going for and he lead me right to the live edge dinning table. I’m in love and will be purchasing this table in the near future. Thank you again David for all your help. I recommend this store to all my friends.

The Store have a great selection of furniture for the house but they do not get orders right, making mistake after mistake for weeks at least in my case, love the selection but will avoid purchasing anything there in the future, hopefully others had better luck than me, I just can not trust them. There is some severe incompetence in the chain of communication or the warehouse need to establish a system that allow for accurate verification of orders before going out for delivery which will make the process more cost efficient by reducing or eliminating mistakes, increasing customers satisfaction and later producing returning customers plus good referrals to friends /family. Update: Finally I received my order on 1/12/2018 "Evian with power headrest and console " just about 3 month after placing my order and 4 wrong delivery attempts, it require involving a manager, (Keith Professional and very capable) an even when he promise and confirm a credit to my original order the store still has not complete the transaction. I have to said that it was the first and last time I purchase or recommend the store to anyone as I feel they can not be trusted. "Shameful"

I had the worst experience possible at this store...we started out great, great sales ladies who both great. We purchased a couch and the plan was to switch out the slip covers to another couch we have at another location. We discussed the plan, did measurements etc. We lived in actually three places, so we did not use the couch but a few weeks. The couch was a floor model...we purchased the extended warranty on it. We are snow birds went away for the summer, and when I came back in the fall I decided to wash the slip covers...they were ruined when I washed them...there were no washing instructions. No information on tags etc. I just assumed because I wash mine at home it would be a non issue. The warranty company did not stand behind the warranty. I spent months trying to deal with customer service. I finally got back the money for the warranty and not the couch...over $500....and the couch only used a month or so went in the garbage. Don't believe what the PR people write...they ripped us off...why in the world would anyone EVER buy furniture at this place..after a month of use mine went in the trash..and it wasn't just the slip covers, it lost all of its form, feathers were coming out..and the bottom was all torn.

Going in our sales person was helpful and not too pushy. We purchased a bedroom set there because they said they would have delivered by the next week. Our furniture delivery was time sensitive and that's one of the big reasons we purchased from there. Not getting into all the details, but there was little follow through with phone calls, a lack of communication, parts back ordered, a big disconnect between Hudson Furniture and the delivery company. Our furniture was FINALLY delivered almost a month late and because of these reasons will never shop there again. They did reimburse us which was gratefully accepted, but this money covered gift cards we had sent our tenants to cover all of the aggravation they went through!
