Just bought a new home and furnishing the entire house. We went to several furniture stores and ended up buying almost everything through the Brandon Fl. store. We worked with sales consultant Joe Key and was very pleased with his service. He worked hard to make sure that Hudson's was not about the lose us to any other furniture store by making sure they were competitive. I'm really glad it was pretty much a one stop shop with excellent service. We certainly will be back to purchase more down the road. Thanks Hudson's for an excellent experience!!

Our salesman, Brian Baskerville, did a great job. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us three different options, answered all of our questions, and rang us up quickly. He did it all with a great attitude. The delivery came as promised. Our delivery guys were great, even though they had to lift the furniture over a piano instead of getting to dolly it in. Polite and professional all around. We will definitely shop here again.

We bought family room furniture from Hudson's in Brandon, FL, and have been very pleased with the service and quality of the furniture. Tiffany Venable was our salesperson. She was very friendly and helpful to work with. She went out of her way to help with other decorating ideas and promptly answered any questions I had. Kate Klein was the designer that worked with me on remodeling our family room. She accomplished a miraculous makeover!! She, and Tiffany, came out to my home and offered advice on flooring, paint color for the walls, window coverings, blinds, and furniture positioning within the room! I truly love the way my family room turned out; it is now my favorite room in the house! Tiffany and Kate are a dynamic duo!

I ordered a sectional sofa as well as a sleeper sofa for my home that was being built. The sectional sofa was a custom built. My associate, Susan Alexanderwas very helpful in addressing my needs. Shortly after placing my order, I had a change of mind on the color of the two sofas. I returned and the change was made. Unfortunately, Susan was not there that day, but another agent assisted me without any hassle. Susan called and let me know she was made aware of the changes I requested. She kept me informed on the construction of the custom sectional sofa. My order was ready in late July; unfortunately, my house wasn’t ready until late October. My sleeper and sectional sofas were delivered on my desired date. The sleeper sofa was all I expected (great)! The sectional had a small indentation which was quickly addressed. I love the sectional sofa with a right and left reclining feature. The sectional seemed a bit small so I contacted Susan. The sectional measure 99inches instead of the 110 inches. Susan investigated and discovered that when the other associate adjusted my order a mistake was made. The issue was corrected and a new order issued with an improvement at no cost to me. I am happy with how this matter was resolved. Both the sleeper and the sectional are high quality material. Susan was very helpful and professional and assured that I was satisfied with my purchase. Great furniture buying experience with Bill Cunningham. He was a “yes man” to say the least. We weren’t finished with selection yet and despite the store closing, he stayed over / stayed late with. He searched and looked things up when we had special requests and tough questions. He even called the manufacturer. He coordinated all deliveries. All without being pushy like so many often are. Prompt and regular text updates were the norm per my request. The furniture has exceeded our expectations with both looks and quality. Way to go Hudson’s! Rich Rogan Apollo Beach, FL
