Originally I gave a rating of 5 (highest ranking). But after my additional purchase today I'm less inclined to give you that high of a score. Yesterday I purchased a living room suit, approximately $2000 (sofa, love seat and two chairs). I paid and set up a delivery day/time in two weeks. Today I called to add to my order another $360 purchase. To my surprise I was told I had to pay a delivery fee in addition to what I'm already paying for the living room furniture to be delivered. I can't believe that the store policy is to charge delivery fee based on per item! Any other store I have purchased from has charged one flat fee for delivery. This is, in my opinion, a very unfair practice to the consumer. I am extremely satisfied with the sales associate (Jeannie) who waited on me. She was very kind, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately it's the store managers policy to charge these incredible fees for delivery and the sales associate had to be the bearer of bad news.

Beautiful furniture at terrific prices!!! The showroom is beautiful and well laid out... which makes shopping easier for the consumer!!Love the very helpful sales agents who are very willing to assist,but also know when to just let you browse. My personal sales person Ski, delivered the best customer service ever!!! 😃 My experience twice at Rooms To Go...made shopping there a true non- threatening pleasure.

Great comfortable place to look with no hassle. The prices are reasonable here and the quality is excellent. We bought a new couch from Ski and are so happy with our purchase! Ask for Ski, he's the best. No pressure sales. Just good honest selling with great products.

Went to look at a couch. Neal Wadhwani was extremely helpful. He didn't force anything on us, was very patient and transparent about the costs and options. Our couch went on sale a few days after we purchased it, and he immediately credited the difference back to us. Even helped track down a rug they used to show it online so we could add it to our purchase. Would recommend asking for him if you go.
