Friendly and helpful staff at the store. We were there to purchase a mattress and box spring set (mattress, box spring, and mattress pad). Shown a nice selection within our budget and placed the order. Our sales person checked and found that the items were in stock. Delivery was set up for Friday of the following week. Problems arose at the delivery. The box spring and mattress cover were missing from the delivery. We were told to call the store to get the order corrected. The customer service representative did not offer much in the way of a solution. We were told that they would "try" to get the missing items out the following Friday (7 days in the future). Since someone would need to be there for delivery, another day of work would be lost. We were also told that not having the box spring would not prevent the mattress from being slept on. Not really the call of the service representative to say so. I made a call to the national number, related the issue and the missing box spring was delivered the next day. Still waiting for the missing mattress pad.

Cant believe what you get for your money. This furniture store has decent quality furniture at a great price. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend

Enjoyed the shopping 'experience'.....No high pressure....Heidi introduced herself at the door, offered her help if needed and let us 'roam' the store. When we made a selection she was knowledgeable about the pieces we chose, closed the deal and left pain free. (The selections varied and we found plenty to choose from in our style)

Rooms to go furniture is poor quality and last only 6 months to one year max. Warranties are not worth paying for. We Purchase a large leather sectional and additional warranty - only used as a second home and all the cushions are pulling away at the seams exposing the ugly lining of the cheap fabric -Even though the cushions have zippers -rooms to go does not have replacement covers per customer service. Poor customer service. Also purchased a swivel leather chair same thing poor quality leather is pulling away at seems exposing the cheap lining material. This furniture is poor quality. Anna maria island second home not used as a rental. Furniture is Not in direct sun. Go some where else to buy if you want furniture that last more than one year. Be warned.

This is my second time purchasing furniture from RoomsToGo. First from John and most recently from Michele and both buying experiences were phenomenal. Each salesperson was professional and exhibited an interest in my wants and needs. However, the delivery experience with my first furniture purchase was AWFUL with the contract delivery personnel refusing to deliver my furniture to the 3rd floor when the elevators were not an option. But not this time. The delivery truck broke down and the delivery company recruited other shifts to help complete delivery of the days scheduled deliveries to avoid disappointment. To my great satisfaction, the crew that delivered my furniture to the 3rd floor were wonderful, quick, professional and conscientious to avoid damage during delivery in spite of the fact they had no elevator and I wasn’t their scheduled delivery. Their attitude was pleasant and joyful and unlike those who delivered my furniture 3 years ago, these guys ensured my ENTIRE buying experience was fantastic. I want to thank Juan Fernandez, Juan Rosario and Luis Burgos for their teamwork in expeditiously delivering and building my bedroom, and the pleasant demeanor with which they did so. THANK YOU!
