Who owns/manages this store? The delivery men the 1st time scraped the wall ALL THE WAY UP THE STAIRCASE. Why not just part of the way? And I can't begin to think that would be on purpose, so they just don't care about personal property. The second delivery we sent to the office, they didn't deliver one item and then tried to pass it off like they did 😒 2 weeks later..... Still not redelivered. I also called the store and decided that since we couldn't change what had already been done that I was going to be pleasant. But... the office staff just DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. So I let them know I'd be writing a review. To the kind and efficient salesmen that helped us, you deserve to work for a better company. Good luck to you.

Horrible experience I hope the store manager can help us!! First of all DO NOT buy the Cindy Crawford Calvin Heights Sectional! My husband and I were told it was the #1 selling sectional in their store and the quality was great. We trusted Rooms to Go and made a $1700 purchase based off the salesman’s recommendation and even added on the fabric protection. Delivery was great and the couch is beautiful and fit perfectly. 6 months later we noticed the fabric started to pill. MICROFIBER SHOULDN'T DO THIS. I bought a cheap one at a competitor 8 yrs ago and it never pilled! We knew something wasn’t right but our busy schedules and finding the time to go in and complain just wasn’t a priority but it started getting worse so we decided to go into the Tampa Dale Mabry store. Customer service agreed that there should not be any pilling on the couch and even though we were about 3 weeks past the 1 yr warranty, suggest we call the 1-800 number to schedule a tech to come look at it. Tech came out and agreed the couch should not do that and that Cindy Crawford is the worst brand and he repairs them all the time! Took pictures and said the customer service should call us in 3 days. They called and totally lied! She was so rude on the phone like we were wasting her time and said the tech found no issues or defects and they would not repair or replace anything! Which is a total lie. I am so frustrated right now this is just bad business and service. I had many options and retailers to chose but put my faith in Rooms to Go and trusted they would stand behind their products and they have not. Oh I forgot to mention, when we went back to the store to let them know about the issue, the Calvin Heights sectional has been pulled off the floor because it is being REDESIGNED! Hmm, go figure.

Everyone was very helpful and I had a great shopping experience. Gus in the Rooms-To-Go kids store was knowledgeable and made my experience pleasant. I highly recommend the North Dale Mabry location.

Horrible service. They have some nice furniture but will lie as necessary to complete a sale. As others have mentioned about the delivery service, I was promised that my old couch would be removed or at the very least moved down into my garage as part of my purchase and delivery. If this had not been a part of the service I would have gone to another store/business in which this service is included. Of course a couple weeks after they try to deliver and refuse to take or even move my old couch from where it currently is. Absolutely not helpful at all, no regard for the customer whatsoever, and a terrible attitude from the beginning. I would rather spend much more at another store than accept this.

Avoid Rooms to Go! Purchased a kitchen table and chairs. Waited around 6 or 7 weeks for delivery. Delivery driver was calling us at 6:45am on a saturday that they will deliver within 20 min. They bring the table and chairs in and it was the high top we ordered but they delivered low chairs instead of what we ordered. Driver tried to get us to keep it and we should contact the store. I decided to not accept and called my credit card company to refuse the bill. Waited 6 weeks and got nothing. Will NEVER buy anything there again.
