Extremely rude to deal with. Constantly giving now cause evictions then moving you to different spots. The rental bill is never received till after the first of the month and rent is due first of month. Maintenance guy (husband of the manager) is completely rude won't show up durring the day so you end up having to call the after hours guy to come fix the problems. All around nasty people to deal with.

I am a non-resident visitor to the park on about a monthly basis---they are busy bees! They just repaved the streets in the main section (careful, they haven't painted the speed bumps yellow yet and they blend in!)  and I last saw them doing tree trimming to keep branches out of the power lines. Except for the occasional indignant little dog that broke out from some yard, it always feels friendly. People love their gardens and, sure, some homes are just older and look it, the grounds are well kept. When I was there in May, three or four residents in different spots were putting new skirting on their units. There is a giant greenspace with playground, basketball and soccer stuff, a small community garden and picnic tables. Their community room is a big, beautiful hall with a kitchen I WISH I had in my house. While it's generally quiet when I'm there, I spot neighbors chatting with each other, kids walking to the bus stop for school, people working in their gardens. I've seen crappy mobile home parks and this one is pretty nice.

My folks have lived here for six months with no trouble. Managers Amber and Fabiola have been helpful and courteous. Word on the street is that new owners recently repaved the driveways and are doing sewer work. The rent is a little high for a basic RV Park, but the atmosphere is relatively friendly and peaceful, so it is worth it for us.

They are incredibly unhelpful on the phone, only capable of one-word responses. I couldn't tell if the person was being rude on purpose or just brain-dead. Wasn't impressed with my visit to the park, either. Very crowded and unkempt.
