Our condo required re-piping of the entire residence.  Tyler and Jon are well trained professional plumbers who are knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous and respectful.  They arrived timely every day for the week they were working in our home and left the premises clean and free of all materials, tools & debris each day.  Completely satisfied with completion of the project and recommend Dunedin Plumbing without reservation.

Definitely 5 stars! Great service, Great communication!  FAST and efficient!! Days after Hurricane Irma, my water heater started leaking really bad, It needed replacing. Dunedin Plumbing was without power from the storm but STILL came out next day and changed out my water heater with no issues. Charles did an awesome job, He was professional, down to earth and really nice. Thanks so much for a great job during a stressful time for everyone. Recommended!

Tyler from Dunedin Plumbing is too lazy to get off the couch even if it means overtime pay to service our clogged drain after hours.  He was clearly upset that I asked him to come out after 10 pm on a school night.  I explained to the on-call operator and Tyler that I was not concerned about cost because sewage was backing up into my tub and toilet causing my entire house to smell terribly.  He told me not to use any water and kept repeating that 'he'd rather arrive at 8 in the morning' than answer my 24 hour on call emergency.  I'm willing to pay any price to get rid of the clogged drain.  He refused.  I called back to complain to the answering service. Dunedin Plumbing is NOT an on call plumbing service.  Tyler should not handle any customer service calls.

Horrible management skills and you dont get a price for job untill its completed at $150 hr plus parts ...and the techs are only techs not plumbers

I had an outdoor plumbing emergency at 2am which caused my front yard to flood. I called, and was promptly called right back. I was extremely happy that Jim showed up that morning at the exact time he said he would. My repair took several hours and lots of digging, and Jim was professional and courteous the whole time. I feel the price paid for the amount of work done was acceptable also. I will consider using Dunedin Plumbing in the future.
