Aaron was professional and pleasant. He had no problem answering all my questions. I am not saying the same for the call center. They were professional but not coordinated at all. I was notified when Aaron was finishing up that they were getting ready to dispatch service. After 4 phone calls and three call center people the issue was resolved. Then I was unable to pay by CC because they had taken the job from Aaron and given to someone else after he had already done the job. Another coordination issue! 
I am glad that this company provides 24/7 service and that the work was performed well. But the call center needs work. I will use them again but would prefer to work with the local office instead of going through the call center. 
Thank you to the Lawreceville, GA office for doing a good job!

Great company to do business with. 
I noticed I had an issue with my gas water heater. I called few places and the only company that offered same day service was Roto-Rooter. From the initial call to the completion of the job was a very pleasant experience. This is a very professional company. The tech new exactly what was wrong with my unit and explained all the details about my issue. He did an austanding job fixing it and completed in a timely manner. 
America needs more people like this.

Emir was extremely professional and was able to fix our disposal in no time at all. He also made sure to clean everything up and did an overall fantastic job.
