These guys are awesome. Excellent customer service. I went in on a Monday and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I had never been to the store, so one gentleman gave me a quick layout of the store which was great. I also talked to another employee about a few bikes and he gave me a ton of info. He knew his stuff. The bikes are expensive, but they last you a long time so you are getting you money's worth. They also were not pressing on selling me a bike, so they let me do whatever I was comfortable with. They let you test ride bikes as well as servicing them! Definitely will be back. Awesome place, I can't emphasize enough!

Russell's is just hands down THE place in this area for bikes, bike info, anything related to buying, maintaining or riding! Owners are great! Staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I  Haven't rode a bike in decades but wanted to get started by just jumping in. They were great at answering my questions and helping me choose things that will work for the long run! Highly recommend!

Great service and very friendly. 
 I took my bicyle there late afternoon on a Friday, said they wouldn't get to it until Monday.  I said that was fine, about an hour later they call said my bicycle was ready.

Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Had my 3 year old with me and made his day by giving him a water bottle. Great experience & highly recommended.

Thanks Daniel and everyone at Russell's.

Will be back for any cycling needs...

I recently bought a 3-wheel recumbent bike at Russell Cycle. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Joe and his team were from start to finish.  They were so concerned about getting the bike adjusted for me and making sure that I understood every part of it.  When Joe - who I later found out is Joe Russell, the owner - delivered the bike he wanted me to get on it again to see that all was ok.  I declined.  He left and came back within minutes stating he did not feel right not making sure that all perfect for me.  What service and consideration.  I would highly recommend Russell Cycle.
