Will, the employee of The Bike Shop, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and provides quality customer service. Macomb is lucky to have a bike shop whose employees are not arrogant about bicycling and treats customers respectfully. The Bike Shop is the best place for any biking question you may have. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my used Schwinn to the Bike Shop for a tune-up and to replace some items that badly needed it (gears, chain, tire, handle bar tape).  This was all done for under $100, worth every penny!  I couldn't be more pleased, the bike has never ridden this well! I loved this bike before and now I believe it's perfect, Thank you so much Bike Shop guys :)

I was sad for my stolen Motobecan bike, and Mark offered me a similar Sekai one for free (Maybe, I was supper-sad).

Mark, the owner, is polite and kind. The shop is neat and you're free to look and test any bike.
